Hi,
I am writing this with so much disappointment and hurt. Yesterday I received a call from Nkateko Manganyi informing me that the Bula tsela shares I initially bought for my child were unsuccessful and the funds were not properly allocated.
I had sent countless emails back and forth to this company. I paid R6000 on the 12th of October 2022. I saw this as a great opportunity to invest for my child. Nkateko claims that Thato Motaung tried calling me on the 21 October 2022 to discuss this matter. Fair enough according to her they tried calling me(once! During the day while am at work). Who was I sending the emails to? If this institution is too good enough for me and my money why do the even advise this opportunity for people like me.
I don't work for old mutual, I honestly don't understand how their process works. But for them to only come back on the 15 November and say sorry we'll refund you in December. Wow! What was the point of me relying to the emails.
I took a loan for these share, unfortunately me I'll have to pay for interest. This was to invest for my child. How is refunding the money going to help. BULATSELA stayed with my money for over a month. Toying me around to send this and that to just tell me sorry you couldn't buy the shares.
How is this RIGHT?
Thank you for giving me false hope. It's such big companies that take people for granted. Am sure they took my money loaned it to someone and now that they've made profit they can only throw it back at my face in December.
