BS - BS - *** Scheme

<p>Old mutual is not servicing us as they promise. When ever there is a claim or update no one is there. We have to make several calls in order to be attended, even if they have recieve the docs no one will take responsebility to inform us the status of the query. When we call, we will be promised a call back - this is just to get us off the call. From one pillar to the other with no help at all. The problem becomes ours when there is no funds in the account when old mutual debit order returns. There nice things about old mutual, is that they dont miss out on their debit order but when they suppose to pay, it get harder and harder. this is not a service to us cause we joined them trusting that they will help when we in-need (funerals).</p>
