Broker made mistake and still nothing has happened

Christo Meintjies paid my funds into an annuity fund when the instruction to him was to pay it into my savings account with Old Mutual.<br> <br> Christo Meintjies confirmed that this was his mistake, and that he will refund me immediately. This is 5 weeks later and still I am no closer to getting my funds back which I now need urgently. <br> <br> This is utterly ridiculous and I feel that even though he is a broker working for Old Mutual he trades under your name and I am asking for you to help me on this. <br> <br> It was not my mistake, but I now need to suffer due to his mistakes
