Broken Car Window still not fixed!

Our car was broken into last Monday night, and reported on Tuesday morning. It is now the following Monday, and the back window has still not been replaced! Many phone calls have been made with promises that there was a 24 hour turnaround, which then became 48 hours. It is now 6 days later, and we have had to drive around with a missing window! Various people have offered to phone back, but we keep needing to follow up. This is unacceptable and we will be changing our insurance.
