Bring my money back

I have a loan with them and they are supposed to debit on the 25th which is my pay day but they decided to debit on the 21st.. I don't have that agreement, why are they taking my money before the agreed date. I am so angry right now, I have to fill up my car now I can't because of Old Mutual!!!
