Bring back the money

My mother had retirement policy with old mutual then she went on retirement in December and contacted old mutual to remove the amount from perusal to her bank account

Then they were suppose to pay it out because it had lapsed , then she was advised by the financial advisor that when it’s paid out she should would reinvest it

The payout was suppose to happen on the 28th of April where she would get the pay out then reinvest it back at old mutual

Then on the 29th of April money amounting to R100 000 was taken out of her account which was her OWN money and not the pay out amount owed by old mutual

When we went to the branch ,the advisor indicated the money will be paid out in 15 days because her tax number was missing, which would have be the 15th of May

Today is the 9th of June and her money has not been paid, numerous empty promises have been made but no money has been deposited

This has left a bad taste in my mother’s mouth who was still looking to invest more money into old mutual but now she won’t be doing that
