Bridge of contract

I am so frustrated by the service i received sms today telling me the was a debit order supposed to go off on the 25 January 2022 and I should make payment how can I make payment while my debit order was done on the 28 January 2022 and who gave authority to go and debit on the 25th because all my premiums should go off on the last day of the month. I am so pist off to query one thing every time
