Unfortunately OLD MUTUAL did the following: They contacted me on Twitter asking for further info. Then someone called my office a day later to say she will contact us again with a solution after her investigation. The call with a solution never happened. As before, a automated email was sent asking us for all the information that was submitted to date and that was acknowledged as received. Passing the buck. Old Mutual is the worst company to work with. ***********, arrogant and not a clue where they are heading.
