breach off contract

Good day I had a consolidation loan, which I was paying insurance that covers for rentrechment and life policy. I then submitted the letter on protea gardens . Nobody told that will pay for 4 months. Should you don't get employed for 12 months will pay off debt. Till I was checking my documents on Friday that I was suppose to be covered . Since I was not working more than 12 months. When I query they there's nothing they can do for me. I fail to understand why they did not consider that insurance should take over. Or at least being given heads up on what to do. From the day I submitted the letter.
