Breach of contract Old Mutual

Good day

I would like to lodge a complaint about the cancellation of my policy by Old mutual. Old Mutual cancelled my policy in January 2019 after one missed premium. I have written several times to Old Mutual and have not even received a response. The cancellation was in breach of the contract , since it specifies that cancellation will be upon three missed premium.

I would like to be refunded the amounts paid to transfer to another fund. my policy number was ***0.
