Breach of contract/ incorrect debit order submission
Wow. Then old mutual decides to run a debit order prior to our afreed date signed on contract!!! Beyond annoyed.
You do not debit before the agreed date unless consent was granted to you by the client. You've breached out agreement!
I'm utterly frustrated.
