BREACH OF CONTRACT - DEBITING THE ACCOUNT ON UN-AGREED DATE

I app**** for the loan to take my sister to university in 2015. I then got retrenched in the very same year. But then I got a job in 2017 and continued paying the loan. I am not left with less than R5000. My agreement with Old Mutual Finance/Loans is payable every 25th of the month. This month they have debited my account for the loan installment on 13/12/2019. I have not even got paid yet.

I then sent them an email on Saturday complaining about the debit order that has gone through on the date we did not agree on. This is called breach of contract. I must also emphasize that after Old Mutual received my email, they did not bother to address my complaint. They are not even going to reverse the ******* debit order and debit the account on 24 December 2019 or 28 December 2019. Companies like this needs to be dealt with precisely by the regulators that are regulating their business conduct where customers are concerned.
