Branch product knowledge is pathetic

The most useless company ever, I'm thinking of taking my policies somewhere else. You call client care to be assisted there is no answer or they will answer after you have been holding for 30 mins. You go to the branch to enquire about your policies and the consultants have no clue what you are talking about, whoever does staff training in branches is doing a pathetic job. They dont know anything about their policies. You ask them something and they will give you a maybe answer.
