BRANCH MANAGER WHO IS DISRESPECTFUL

Good Day<br> <br> I had gone to apply for credit at OLD MUTUAL and was being assisted by the consultant named (CECILIA) who was friendly and was checking the documents I had bring and if I do qualify as the BRANCH MANAGER NAMED ( SIDUMA) stepped in and was looking at my payslip without even knowing what we were discussing with the consultant and just commented that how can the consultant assist me with the payslip I had brought and I had 3 payslip as he didnt know he just looked at the one that was on top, I asked him how can he just step in and assume what he's assuming as the consultant is assisting me but he continued to say the consultant is commiting *****. I felt It wasn't necessary as he was speaking of the unknown and I got irritated and throwed him with my other payslip to show that he is disrespecting me as I was angry and belittled by a man who doesn't knw me and do not have good customer service. <br> <br> I asked where can I complain and asked for the Area Manager's contacts who they said is named (Refiloe) and they said they do not have her contact and I wrote my complain on their complain book. as he continued to tell me to get out and that is his branch.<br> Hope to hear from u<br>
