Branch manager very unrprofessional

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from the Branch Manager at Mabopane Central City. The level of rudeness and disrespect shown toward clients is completely unacceptable.

The way he speaks to customers is unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of assisting with patience and understanding, he displays a negative attitude that makes clients feel unwelcome and undervalued. As customers, we deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.

What is even more concerning is how he speaks to his colleagues. The tone and attitude he uses when addressing staff members are inappropriate and unprofessional. Leadership should be about setting a positive example, but unfortunately, this behavior reflects the opposite.

It is very difficult to tolerate such treatment, especially in a professional environment where customer service should be a priority. I sincerely hope management addresses this matter and takes steps to improve the situation for both clients and staff.
