Branch Manager threatens to come to my house :O

My husband and myself took out a loan with Old Mutual three months ago. At the end of March the first installment went off per debit order. By the end of April our car completely seized up costing us R 5000 with no insurance because neither of us earn a big enough salary to cover rent and debt and living expenses with two children. At the end of April our parents were able to help us pay rent and cover the food gas expense for the month (thank God for mothers right?). Old Mutual contacted my husband in the meantime and he explained to them that we were not able to afford the installment and would try to start paying off the outstanding amount at the end of May. With hopes to do this we recieved six traffic fines in May because our car's tyres were worn out. The car we bought is a rebuilt Golf MK1 89 model that had and still has size 17 wheels. By the 25th of May we were driving on wires and the one tyre had started to pull into a bubble on the verge of bursting we could not drive with our car. What do you do right? You have to work to pay debt and stay alive, the kids have to be in school, you have to drive that car because it's the only one you have got. At the end of May we had to fork out R 1770 for two new front tyres so we could use our car again. This meant that we would not be able to pay Old Mutual again. Or we would but then our children would have nothing to eat and nowhere to sleep.... Is there anybody that would choose to pay Old Mutual then? Didnt think so. On the bright side we have come to work out a payment plan for this debt at the end of June we can start paying the installment again and some extra and we can pay off all the money we owe Old Mutual by the end of October. Unfortunately we have to wait until Saterday before we can go to our branch and share the news with them because both of us work for very small salaries because we live in a town with a smaller economy than the big cities. However the Branch manager of Mosselbay, Irma Tait found it good to phone me today, after she spoke to my husband and told him that we had not paid anything and wants to know what our problem was. My husband told her that we would come to the branch and sort it out. She tells me that my husband was rude to her, and I apologise on his behalf because I am not with him and have no idea what happened. She confirms that I am his wife and very rudely tells me that we have not made any payments on our loan. I then ask her what her name and surname is and explain to her that we have statements proving that an installment went off on the 2nd of April for end of March and as I am trying to explain our financial situation to her, she starts yelling at me and demands to know why we don't pay our loan and everytime I try to explain she tells me "Your husband signed a contract with us, he is breaking contract" "what is the problem" she tells me that my husband was rude to her because he knows that he is guilty of not paying and that if we did not come and pay our installment today she would get in her car and drive to our house to come and get the money. Finally my patience was up and I explained to her that we have been financially unable to pay off but that she had no right to treat me like a ******** and to say what she said... being a "branch manager" this is the most unacceptable thing to say to a customer. That she was more than welcome to come to my house and take the clothes off our backs. I am still a customer and I demand no special treament because we are off course in debt, but there are certain things that are completely prohibeted by company policy is there not?
