Branch manager is an absolute ⭐

The branch manager at old mutual Kenilworth centre branch is a star to be kissed, such a wonderful lady. I went there to enquire about my bidvest account, which we all know bidvest bank closed all branches so I was at a lost about where to get help, but since Old mutual is underwritten by bidvest I decided to go there. The manager went out of her way to help me, googled the bidvest bank helpline even got on got on the phone with them for me. I sat there looking at her amazed, she spoke to me and we laughed for about 10 minutes while she helped me and by the time she was done, I had all that I needed emailed to me. A big big Thank you Ma'am 🙏❤️
