I app**** for a Old Mutual Money account and even though the consulatnts were good at their job im disspointed in Old Mutuals Money Market account. I was told to come in with three months bank statement and my id to do a debit order switch. Capfin was contacted and they state they cannot do the switch because Bidvest is not a recognised bank I try to update my details on Discovery and there was no way it would update the details as well so why is the money market account being promoted when these amenities offered does not even work when trying to switch accounts. I wasted my petrol driving out all the way to get something sorted out that does not even allow the debits to be taken because Bidvest is not recognised by Capfin nor Discovery. Who is going to reimburse me with the up and down trips I've taken no one yet they quick to take your money.
