Board of admin inconsideration

I am having an issue with a payment because of the other beneficiaries. Wendy Parther has tried her best to try get a hold of the other beneficiaries so that policy can pay out. I have requested to receive my payment portion but I have basic needs as both my parents passed away so I have no financial support. I have to suffer because the board has decided to decline my request. This should of paid out last year already but nothing has came to light. I need my portion as my other brothers don’t care because they have jobs atleast. I need the board to proceed with what they have so far, I am only asking for my own that’s owed to me.
