Blocked Old Mutual Money Accout

I personnel from old mutual asked me to open money account so that they transfer the funeral cover funds into the account which I did ,the transfer 20 000 into the account for me to bury my father,I only withdrawn 12 000 after 3 day the account was blocked I couldn't access money,I visited old mutual offices, to find out I was told that ,the account is closed because of suspension *****ulent activities about my identity document being used at Russell around 2013 or 14, I explained to them that I have never opened the account at Russell and I was advised to write an avidavit to that effect which I did and all other documents,but what don't understand is how on earth the the money in the account affect the alleged ******** activity done in 2013 by whoever coz I explained to the in my affidavit that I lost my I D in 2013,and why are the blocking to access the money that was meant for the funeral of my father, because if they that their money account is super checked ,they could have transferred the money to my Capitec bank that in use without all the inconvenience that their Old Mutual Money account it's almost a month, without access to money that was meant for the funeral,
