Blocked Old Mutual Card being USED

On the 31st of January my wife got ****** all her belongings including her old mutual bank card that was in her bag. Same day we rushed to the old mutual branch to block the card, we were given a phone to speak to the call center to block the card, then it was confirmed the card has been blocked.

Guess what after 3 days the card was still been used after we have blocked it , no one at old mutual was able to tell us what happed no one seem to know how money was used from a blocked card
