Blocked card!

Good day I'm very upset about the fact that I can't reverse any payments from my bidvest banking app. I had to phone head office now and arrange to have the payment reversed, but worse of all.... (I understand the security measures) and followed the prompts over the phone where I had to enter my cell number and pin. Now my card is blocked! I relocated and don't even know this town or where to find the nearest branch. I'm very upset this is really unacceptable!
