blacklisted

I took out a policy with old mutual and they referred me to a doctor for blood test which they had to pay for and no payment was made to lancert laboratory and now lancert laboratory has handed me over to lawyers because of non payment and I have brought this up with old mutual a number of times and I still get no assistance
