Billing and sky high charges

<p>I have a 2-in-1 savings plan with R1200 premiums paid in and will only get R728 back. That's one hell of a charge! A simple savings account at Capitec costs me NOTHING to withdraw from it. In any case, the consultant named Zinhle was really unhelpful in clarifying why the charge is so high. Instead of directing me to the "calculations department" she answered as if she couldn't even hear my question </p>
