Biggest *********

So i am trying to get my severe illness cover to pay out for atleast 3 months already..i have done everything old mutual has asked of me but still nothing.so i have been incontact with Shimeez who works in the compliaints department but no one in the claims department has bothered contacting me but even though this matter is unresolved you people still deduct your money every month.This is not the 1st time im having issues with Old Mutual and this time i can honestly say you are the biggest ********* around and i will be seeking legal action
