Big thanks to the Legal advisor
Dawood Thomas who is a senior legal advisor has been really helpful. I had a claim that I was following up with since last year. Not a lot of people at Old Mutual respond to emails, but ever since the matter was taken to him I have been receiving updates and feedback. Finally today he gave me a resolution to my problem. Thank you for your patience and very detailed emails.
