BEST STORY TELLERS

So we are trying to get our payout from Old mutual after resigning from my company , i have never been met with more story telling than the Old Mutual call center, they will tell you to phone back every 2 days only to be met with a new excuse, its actually a joke how *********** it sounds when speaking to someone that will blatantly lie in your ear.It has been 6 weeks since i have left the company and not once did an old mutual agent contact me to mention any progress, I have contacted the same number on 4 different occasions asking for the Complaints department only to be met with more stories, Please get your act together and start treating customers like customers , We don't have time to be running around looking after people that are actually in control of our hard earned money.
