Best service ever

After everything that was said about Old Mutual my mother didn’t cancel the cover because she invested a lot of money and covered many people, on Monday (25/11/2019) we were unfortunately we lost our grandfather at Madadeni Hospital today on Tuesday we went to Old Mutual in Newcastle to submit the claim we we’re assisted by Gugu Ndlovu and we told her about the video and she told us the story that people do not know about Old Mutual after she submitted the claim of which it was not the first we claim there and has never encountered problems within couple of hours we received all the claim of R19750 and we took a cover for our grandma as-well, we were very happy with the service Gugu offered us, she was very professional and we are happy we didn’t cancel the cover after watching that video because we didn’t know the whole truth behind instead we decided we will keep the cover and a week after the video my grandfather passed on, if it was not Old Mutual ngabe siphefumula ngenxeba manje we will give our grandfather a dignified funeral.
