I was exceptionally assisted by Mr Siphesihle Mabaso in Old Mutual Smith Street Branch in Durban. He worked beyond his scope by doing corresponding work of locating my loan application done in Lusikisiki and within 10 Minutes he was able to assist me in signing the documents.
