Being ****med by old mutual

Good day I write this with a heavy heart , Old Mutual opened a policy for me without my consent and when I complained to them they said they are going to investigate. They have no communicated with me as to update me on the matter I am the one who has been busy going to their branch and calling . They always say the case is with forensics since October until now . The sad part is that they are still debiting my money and it big sum of money which I do not afford at the moment. I didn’t know that joining Old Mutual will put me in a position of being ****med like this . All I want is my money back and for them to stop debiting
