Being kept hostage by OLD MUTUA:

On the 10th of March 2025 I resigned from an Old Mutual tied brokerage called Genfin Wealth Management, however, the Business Consultant is keeping me on the Old Mutual license. When I asked him to why I am not removed He sent me an Empty AOD and Exit form and told me that he will only remove me once I signed the form. Which scared me as he can enter whatever amounts on there after I signed and say I owe that to the company. Nonetheless I signed and sent it through, as I need to work and earn an income. He acknowledged it after I complained the second time due to no feedback and said he sent it to Old Mutual. Since then I have been sending him Multiple emails and he is totally ignoring me, being well aware of the fact that I cannot support my family or work for any other company while being on their license. The unfair part is that two of my colleagues resigned weeks after me and have been happily working for Major financial institutions and they advised me that they did not need to sign any AOD or Exit form they were just removed. So this Business consultant is not only getting paid for me for the last 3 months but he is stopping me from earning an income and my bills are piling up, my credit record is getting affected and I cannot support my Kids. Is this the type of people Old mutual is doing business with, This is ***** and basically Identity theft.. OLD MUTUAL please intervene NOW
