being called every morning harrased

i am called every morning by Linda harassed told that when i came asking for help it was fine cause it worked on my favour but now that my account is in arrears and now i don't want to corporate she instructs me and my ill mother that she called on Monday and told her every detail about my account and now she calls me every morning of this week telling me i better make a payment by 12 noon of that day cause now i am putting her job on the line (in a very rude manner) and when i asked her why she gave confidential information to my mother whom she wasn't even sure that was the correct person she was talking too she said she did that so that i must pay her motive is to just make sure i pay the mount in arrears and i shouldn't be communicating with other departments of old mutual as she is the one who processed my application so that gives her all the rights to tell me how this account should be handled, which i have communicated with the client service and have made an arrangement which i will honour but being called every morning and told when i was in need she helped but now i am not paying and advises my ill mother that if i don't pay i am going to lose my job.
