BEEN WAITING FOR PAYMENT FOR TWO YEARS!!!!!

This is by far the worst company I have had to deal with regarding my late mom's life policy. I have been given the round around since 2021 when my mother passed on.

The agents are all stupid as if they did not go for training. They cannot tell me if it's a Flexi or Group scheme, they all say different things on the phone. The turnaround time is absolute BULL since I have been waiting YEARS!!!

My mother took this policy out in the 80s and NEVER missed a payment, but now that payment must be made, we are given the run around.

I will definitely cancel all my policies and my children's education policy with this company. I'd rather lose all my money now than go through the nonsense I have been going through.

I am disappointed and have lost faith in this company. I would advise everyone to cancel NOW because claiming is BULLDUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
