Been waiting 15 working days for my money

I made a claim on my pension fund annuity on the 30th of March, even now still haven't received my money. Head office has been giving my Financial Advisor the run around, he has escalated it, but still no action. at some point they said they didn't receive all documents, and only received them on the 13th, from who I don't know cause I was never contacted regarding missing documents. clearly it means its Old Mutual in Sandton grayston with the delays and now im suffering because of their incompetence. im at of the verge of cancelling all my policies with Old Mutual, because their service is despicable. Only reason why I haven't canceled is because of my Financial Advisor as shame, he's been patient and taking all my complains well.
