I opened a policy for my Grandmother when she was 84 and was making a manual payment eft. This year i could not make a payment and gave them i call as my account was suspended due to non payment. When i requested for a re instate i was told they cannot re instate as my grandmother is 86. So what about the premiums i paid? I would like a re instate or premium back .
