BE CAREFULL TO DO BUSINESS WITH OLD MUTUAL

Be very carefull if you do business with Old Mutual. The admin is of poor quality, the feedback is non existant and they have cunning ways to keep your hard earned money away from you. Let me explain : In 2016 I got divorced and part of the divorce settlement was that my small annuity with Old Mutual must be paid over to my ex wife. Old Mutual bluntly refused stating that I am younger than 55 years and that the divorce settlement do not carry enough weight for the annuity to be paid out. I borrowed the money somewhere else to honor the settlement. Now, 5 years later I want to get my money, but Old Mutual now say that there is a divorce settlement in place against it !! So to avoid affidavits and further legalities I asked with a red face if my ex wife will receive the money and then pay it over to me. So doing Old Mutual must no honor the divorce settlement. She agreed to that, gave Old Mutual her bank details accompanied with the original divorce settlement. But true to their nature Old Mutual still do not want to release the money. No reasons given, no feedback nothing SO PEOPLE BE VERY CAREFULL WHEN YOU DO BUSINESS WITH OLD MUTUAL
