Be careful of so called trusted institutions

Old Mutual saw my comment.. then they immediately called.. sent an email to confirm that they indeed called me. They promised to get back to me within 5 working days saying they were busy investigating. I waited for more than 5days still they ddnt call. I searched for the number they called me with then I called them back still they said they will come back to me.. till today they never did.

My advice to fellow sisters and brothers I trusted old mutual, believe me if you got a funeral policy with old mutual.. Your family will bury u with money from their own pockets hoping that old mutual will pay. They will want endless papers. Imagine having to go to high court to get an authority letter for a funeral cover? The money meant for your funeral which u nominated a beneficiary but still they need an authority letter. So don't think if u have a beneficiary it will be easier. The so called financial advisers are quick to make u sign papers.. They don't advise.. They just fill in form. Be careful!
