Basic request could not be fulfilled.

Walked into the Glen branch to get some basic information about an existing policy for the executor of my mother in laws estate. Really just the basics. I was even willing to allow them to contact the executor directly without divulging the information to myself. Apparently the branch cannot receive or send emails? There were no customers in the branch but I was told that the executor would have to come to the branch or call the call centre.

I will not recommend them or use them myself. Other institutions are much more empathetic and helpful.
