My sister past on last year on the 21 July 2022 due to car accident while she was going to work. She was employed by the same company Old mutual. We made all the claims immediately after hee death.... Only funeral plan paid out . Even today we still making follow ups...... All forms completed, ID's and confirmation of banking details submitted but.... No luck. She was not married with no kids but her claims are stuck like she had a many kids and husband and many siblings. MFC case resolves long time ago, Capitec and Standard bank accounts closed and resolved, Budget insurance claim closed and resolved...... Only Old mutual
