Bas customer service

I went there as I had forgotten the pin for my card it was 16:55 and was desperate as I needed to draw money got to the branch the door was not closed and their working hours on the outside says they close at 17:00 I went in as I walked in with relieve that they are still open one of the ladies said we are closed I tried to explain y problems still have 5 min she turned back to what she was doing the other day came from outside and also told me we re closed mam se just kept saying we are closed ,we are closed
