Banking and Partial Withdrawal From Investment

What a pathetic service at Old Mutual Branch in Birch acres Mall.

It took me 45 minutes to get a ticket. The banking hall was empty the consultant issuing tickets looked like she was being forced for doing her job.

I ended up leaving before being assisted , I refuse to wait for an hour to get assistance.

Poor Poor Service.

Old Mutual please train your staff about service cause clearly your staff lacks that. There is no sense of urgency from the consultants!
