Bank statement incorrect horrible bank

Hi I made a payment with my old mutual swipe account I'm supposed to be getting a refund from another company and needed proof that the payment was made I made the payment on the 12th however the bank statement shows I paid on the 14th how even!!!!! I've never used a bank with such inaccurate information and it made my life so difficult as I still didn't get my refund from the other company and my bak statement doesn't corresponde to the payment date worse bank Ever I will do advise any one to open a bank account with old mutual that's playing with people's hard earned money as you guys have inaccurate information that made me look like I'm stupid!!! I need my statement fixed I will never ever use that account again
