Bank Reversal

I have account that keeps on being debited and Monday I went for the reversal no one back to me they said it takes ten working days after I previously told them not to reverse this account anymore. to block them it was not done. They then informed me that they informed the branch that they missing information on my request from no one called me from the branch South gate to inform me. But anyway now they tell me they cannot do the reversal because it gives them an error I need to go to the other Bank an inform them to pay back the money. Can you believe the nerve they have. I have never worked with such *********** Bank ever in my entire life. I will never recommend anyone to use this Bank and I want you to close this account permanently. MASC136863. They managed to reverse the account last month but suddenly this month they cant and the consultant tell me there is nothing she can do regarding this matter.
