My name is Mququzeleli Zozo ID No ********** 6****6 , I had an investment with this company for years now it's time for me to get what I invested now my broker is telling me stories and with my own understanding this policy matures end of July and I have not received any communication from this company, as a result it did not deduct any premium since last month and my broker Mrs kililizwe Kozi doesn't care at all I have to call her everday regarding this matter she's is busy telling me that this matter is with his /her manager so it worries me that even the manager doesn't care , I always call this lady if she's not busy , she will call me back and never calls .today I called her same story waiting for the manager to respond I am very disappointed really the worst part this broker is busy offering more policy's but defficult to resolve the current situation please assist .
