Bad telephone service!

I am trying to obtain info re Retirement Annuity. I have attempted 4 times to speak to someone! My first question was to talk to someone in that dept, only to be transfered to the WRONG dept. You hold on for about 3 min then the call is ended. I have tried 4 times, no success! Pathetic service
