Bad surrender service
Very bad service they tell me when I want to surrender my policy there is a active cession of a paid up loan. They told me 5 working days and the money would be paid out today 5 days later that they did not receive any request but i have proof where the person who assisted me at the branch have send the request through to the head office If that is the ki d of service of you need your money urgently i wont recommend rhem to anyone ever in my life
