Bad Staff Attitude in Old Mutual Scortburgh.
I expirienced a bad service on the 2nd of November 2019 while I was in Scortburgh mall old mutual.Was enquiring about my policy I ended up not being attended while the consultant was going to picknpay and she said I must wait for her she will attend me when she comes back from shopping.
