Bad services no communication at all

I have been with old mutual for the past 10years . For the past year i have recieved bad services. I would request funds from my account and whoever helping will not processed it and if i dont call for updates will never get a call back .did a applications last year December it was not processed when ask they said now it done via app (no communication again) have app now request for fund receive an sms after few day will received other one 2 week now no sms .
