Bad services from old mutual

I resigned at work on Feb still now I haven't received my payout it's now 3 months I haven't received anything I'm struggling with my health can't go to hospital for medication, I was told they take 7 weeks it's 12 weeks. And no one is contacting me, I have to call them everytime and make follow-ups. I'm very disappointed with Old mutual services
