Bad services

Goodmorning I had a max investment with old mutual and surrendered in September. I was expecting to get my refund since it's a stop order but I haven't received any funds in my acc. I had the same problem with getting my money back. I had to lodge a complaint for it to be deposited in my acc. Now I'm having the very same problem getting my premium back
